Refunds

The previous returns page said a refund request lasts 14 days from purchase. Write within those 14 days on WhatsApp, or to [email protected].

What you buy here is a downloadable licence for an Android app, not a boxed product. Do not post anything to us unless we ask.

If a licence key has already been sent and used to print, say that in the email. We will tell you whether the 14-day request can be a full refund or only part of one. The old template also said some downloadable software is outside returns. That is why a used key is not an automatic full refund.

There is no card form on this website. If you paid by another method after the order, the refund goes back by that method once it is agreed.
